I have a question to throw out there?
When I lived in Michigan, where it can get very cold in the winter, I knew some folks that kept birds outside allyear long. With no heat other than to keep the water from frezzing. The birds I seen outside were as follows;

My yellow pair are om 3 eggs.so far. 3 eggs in 4 days, so if fertile, they may not be a large gap from 1st baby to last.

Hello I came across this forum, and seen "Owly" A lady I knew from Michigan. I now reside in South FL.
With Chilli the "scarlet" , Pedro the BCC, Fred the Miejiers Parrot, and 3 American singer canaries.
