Can you take your bird outside? I mean how do you take it out without it flying away. If it does fly away will it come back. I feel really bad keeping my bird inside all day.

You might be able to harness train your parrot. Then it's safe to take outside. Otherwise... I don't really recommend it without doing lots of flight training. I used to years ago take my GCC outside, trusting him not to fly off because of our bond. And he was always very good outside until I took him out in fall one day. It was a little windy and he seemed nervous but I didn't bring him in. Finally, a gust of wind blew a few dry leaves right at him and he just shot off - flying much faster/farther than he'd ever flown before. He just disappeared out of sight over the horizon within a few seconds. I trusted that he could see me better than I could see him and called for him and he DID fly back to me - but I was very lucky. He could easily have gotten lost or gotten stuck in a tree. Parrots are prey animals and they tend to spook easily. And if something had really been after him, like a hawk, I doubt he would have been able to turn and fly back to me.
