need you help again now i got him out of the cage,he seems to be either affraid or does not understand how to perch on my hand he makes his screaching noise but will not offer to bite be i have to pick him up and place in the cup of my hand what could this mean???thanks

He is scared to death.

Think about spending your whole life in your room and then someone taking you to the top of the Eiffel Tower via a ladder.
