My 16 year old pair of cockatiels are doing something new. I have only had them about 8 months. They lock their beaks together, dance up and down and the boy bird squawks. They do this about 5 times a day and lasts about 30 seconds. What does this mean? They have never had babies, and the previous owners had never seen them do this. Appreciate any answers.

this is a common mating bevahior. There no need to be scared as long as both parties are equally interested, anyway look for signs of violence....since males become a bit irritated during courtships. They are going to be just fine don't worry...:)
