Hi Everyone, I have a blue and gold and a scarlet. I have always wondered why some of them have the feathers on their face. Some have them, Some dont. They are very exotic looking and I have never heard anyone mention why some species of macaws have them and some dont or what their function is. If anyone could tell me that would be great.
