I recently set up to adopt a mustache parakeet named Sammy (a 3 yr old girl) from a rescue place. the people gave her up due to crowding & lack of time. I lost my cockateil recently & then I came across Sammy on the net & contacted them. she talks a bit & is a little skittish at first but very sweet. now I cannot wait until I can go get her (after the holidays)...I am going to use my 'teil cage for now, but plan on upgrading soon...
anyone dealt with these people?
