I just got a Umbrella Cockatoo he is 4 years old and very loving. Right after I got him home he attacked my dog. The first sign of this is he raises his crest and starts to scream then he will run after my dog who is scared shitless. I don't have any ideas on what to do to stop this. He only attacks my one dog. (I have three) I have a Amazon Parrot and a Alexandrian Parakeet. So I'm not to new of a bird owner.
Also he screams(good god it's loud) after I put him back in his cage even after several hours of being played with. It's the worst when I want to sleep. Any ideas would be awesome. I love animals and want them all to get along.

I have a GSC and he also takes to a very few people? I don't know why this is so, smell or if this person did something?

Sorry, I know this isn't much help.

I'd suggest looking here:

The screaming for attention is very common in toos because they are so social and crave attention, and they are also very loud and very smart and quickly learn that screaming can get them attention.
What is often recommended is to pick a pleasant noise he does (maybe talking) and respond to that with attention, while ignoring screaming. And - he should have lots of toys and things to destroy, so he can entertain himself.
