We have three male parakeets in a very large flight cage for whom we would like to find a new home (preferably all together). Two of the males are 1 & 1/2 yrs old and the other we rescued from the shelter about 2 & 1/2 years ago. His age is unknown. One is mainly white, one is mainly green, and one is mainly blue. They have names which my daughter picked out for them when she was quite little: Willa-Peela, Zball, & Pink.
They have been kept in a large flight cage as long as we have had them. The cage is five feet long and three feet high. It is white. The cage has removable trays at the bottom and has many extra food & water dishes, perches, & we would be willing to send the parakeet sized manzanita perches with them.
The three birds are quite healthy & happy, but they do not get the sort of people attention that I wish they did. I had parakeets as a child and now that I am back in school, I find I don't have the time to dedicate to them. We are looking for a good home for them with someone who will give them the love and attention that they need!
