I have bought a new cage for my parakeets and they seem to enjoy playing every day.They are two males and a female.males are blue with the female green.I am hoping to mate the female with one of the males and start many cages of beautiful parakeets.what is the best season to breed parakeets?Should I get a vet to check them out?

i've never bred birds personally, but i've worked in a veterinary clinic that saw avians. we did see a lot of birds pre-breeding, & i think it's an excellent idea & can spare you some complications & possible heartache in the future to know your bird's health status prior to breeding.
