Hello, i was hoping that someone here might be able to help. yesterday i went to a rather large avairy with loads of parrots etc. i saw a few jenday conures, most acting normally, but one caught me eye. his feathers on his front looked all wet, whether he'd just had a bath i dont know, he was leaning over on his front rather than sitting up straight and was rocking back and forth. he kept one wing down resting on the perch and kept flapping the other one in the air whilst screeching. i put my finger to the cage and moved it back and forth and it seemed like he was struggling to follow it, although he could see it.

has anyone encountered this before or know what it is? i have several birds myself and have not seen this and it says nothing on the internet. i am going to go and get him to give him a good home but can anyone shed some light on this?? thanks
