"I have a friend who knows someone who has found a Macaw about 5 or 6 months ago in the Upland or Chino area in California. The people who found the macaw are or have not tried to find the owner and it is being kept in a large cage in the back yard. If anyone can send me some avian vets in these areas please do so.
