Hello. You aren't being deliberately ignored - it's just that hardly anyone uses this board anymore unfortunately.
It's always good to get a plucked bird to the vet for a checkup. Sometimes plucking can be diet-related in Eclectus because of their different dietary needs. Eclectus don't do well if they get too much fortified foods (most pellets). They stay healthier on a diet of mostly greens and vegetables.

I'm sorry I haven't been in here for a VERY long time....
The plucking in eclectus parrots can often have to do with diets or food allergies. If she's on an incorrect diet she can most certainly pluck. Of course there are other reasons for plucking too.
Since you haven't really given us much detail we can't say what's caused it & what to do about it.
