my cockatiel doesn't get handled very often because we have a lot of windows in our house as well a cat. and because off the cat cat we don't clip his wings. so i was wondering how i can minimize him from flying away and possibly hurting him self. eventually i would love to train him to only fly only to me or to his cage, is that possible?
