Someone please help me! I need to know how to dilute detergent. I use Tide but I'm worried about the effects of the smell on my parrot. I hear detergent is not good for parrots. Anyone have any advice? Is there such thing as a detergent that does not harm parrots?

As for detergents. if it's for cage & bird cleaning you shouldn't use any. you can use mild natural soaps but everything used needs a thorough rinse.
