He (really a she) is the grey I never wanted -
lol
. Actually it wasn't him in particular, it was greys in general...but when Bey needed a home (along with 3 lovebirds from the same owner) I took him in and I'm SO glad I did! He's a cuddly lover, smart and talkative and funny - he'll do anything for a laugh, whenever I say, "Who's silly?" he'll do something to make me laugh.
I did put a simple page up for him at
http://www.owly.net/Pets/BeyTalks.html
that has more pictures and also audio clips.

Well he really prefers my husband, who isn't interested. So Bey spends time with my when Pete isn't around, and is a lot of fun - so I'd say I'm glad we found each other!
Nice to "meet" you, Sue :).

Welcome aboard, Judy! Does your husband have enough use of his arms to give the bird treats? If so, I would think that training would give them both another fun thing to do while they're together - and with all the time they have together, who knows what that bird could learn. :-) I've been working on some training articles in the 'articles' section of the web site, let me know if you find them helpful or if there's anything unclear about them.
