Hi all,

I'm new here, so bear with me as my dad flaps his way around this site. I'm a Greater Sulphur Crested Cookatoo living down under in New Zealand where the new day starts.

Another Kiwi person, excellent. You'll know what a Pukeko looks like then, and if I waffle on about the chooks, you'll know I mean the chickens! :)

So the Cockatoo who owns you is called Yoda? How old? Any photos?

Hi there Murray, This place is still in its infancy I guess as there is not much "action" going on here but hopefully this will change in the near future, depending on what "management" wants to have happen here.

Graehstone, I'm what passes for "management" around here and I would love to see this web site really take off. I'm doing what I can, and if you've got ideas that would help, I'm ALL EARS! Thanks for inviting your friends, that helps more than anything I know of.

Debbi, I wondered if you were from NZ. What part? We live in Wellington.

And I know what you mean. I was talking about shops and the others didn't understand until I found out that they call them stores. Shops are were you take your car to be serviced!

Oh and GSC is called "Bebe", not Yoda.

How many in this group? Were are they mostly from? I see another is from NZ.

Murray - sorry, I realised Bebe was not called Yoda the other day when I was looking through the latest postings. So where does the 'Yoda' bit fit? (it's just that I love the name Yoda)

I'm on the 'Main' island of NZ about 10 min out of Motueka. Clive and Bazil are also from NZ, top of the north, Auckland.

Thanks for that. I too love the name Yoda (from Starwars) but my wife wouldn't name one of our children that so I thought I would get a Yoda MSN email before they all went. Kids got Sonia & Nico in the end.

We stayed in Motueka a few years ago on holiday. It was my first visit to that part of the country.

I found your profile after posting, but can a membership list be displayed etc? Murray
