This is Punkin in her new production, "Fun With Air Hoses". These are cheap, there are little rings that screw tightly into the end that makes hanging easy, and we also slide beads and things onto them for toys. We hang them vertically like boings in the little birds' cages or horizontally like tunnels. Very versatile, cheap, safe, and easy. And the most important thing: Punkin is SO CUTE! :) (These were taken quite a while ago, when poor Punkie was clipped; other than that, she looks the same now.)

What a great idea. i bet Mouse would love these. Are they for fish tanks?

No, they're for pneumatic power tools I think. The full name for them, if you're going to do a search, is "recoil air hose" - you can get it REALLY cheaply on eBay, and I just got a 50' length of it at a flea market for $7 :).

That's a great idea! Coincidentally, I just got a couple of 50 foot lengths for $14 each. I've been using them as garden hoses and it never occurred to me what a great bird toy they could be.

I just have to find some with bigger coils. Pionus-sized and PRV2-sized, you know.
