I bought a Budgie from Petsmart. Enough Said.

I've had my little female budgie since September 2007. I bought her from Petsmart one day when I felt I really needed a friend. Well, I didn't realize at the time that Petsmart birds were deathly afraid of HANDS! So, now we're in July 08, and I still can't touch her. She still flies away from me when I put my hand in her cage. We had a rough beginning (she almost died due to shock moving into my apt), and when she wouldn't stop screaming and was acting really lonely, I bought a cockatiel so that Priti (budgie) would have a friend.
HELP! I need help now!!!

I have a budgie who is developing a really crusty cere and all over and around her beak. At first i thought she was just in the breeding season because she lives with other males, but now it's spread on her beak too.

Budgies spazzing out!

So I have these 2 parakeets that I recently obtained from someone. I believe they're both young-ish males. After a few weeks, I think they're used to the new environment and most of the time they behave and sit around chirping or playing with bell. They're still a little afraid of me but I've been trying to put my hand in the cage so they get used to it and generally they tolerate it.

i was wondering what i should do if budgie eggs became dirty/covered in poo? should i wash them? if so, at what temperature?
also, if a chick gets rejected once hatched, what should i do? hand feed it?

I am thinking of breeding budgies, and need some advice. i currently have 2 cocks and am thinking of getting 2 hens.
On some websites it says that each pair should have their own cage for breeding, whereas, on another site is says that they like breeding in groups, and should be kept together.
