I perchased a new spectacle parrotlet in early august and he is very timid, and doesn't wan't to stay on my finger or shoulder. His wings have grown alot now and he is flying into everything! We have a dog so i dont want to clip his wings.

A friend of a friend has a parrotlet named Napoleon. Very small, but will attack anything!
