Having difficulty training African Ringneck

Hi. I'm new to this forum and have been attempting to train my new African Ringneck using techniques described on this site but I am not having much success. I'm hoping that someone might be able to offer me some advice.

Hello, I have just bought a new 8 week old baby lutino. He is very tame and even comes onto my hand and shoulder even though its only the 3rd day!! BUT when he is in the cage he screams and runs back and forth along the bottom.

I have had my ringneck now for 2 months. I know that everyone says to teach your bird to step up! My problem is she will not come to me to step up and if I put my hand up near her she runs away. When she flies off her cage then she will step up but only then.

help pls. i have a chestnut macaw hes 2 yrs old.ive had him about 1yr now.he is always mostly out of his cage,but wen anyone comes over he scream ,bites me,wont do has he is told, wen im alone he is prefect will do mostly wot i say,but screams wen im not payin attation to him.

Okay first hi, I'm new here. I have a indian Ring Neck and I love her to death. We didn't get her as a baby and at first I had no care for birds at all, my mom got me her to make up for not allowing me to have a Ferret that I still want.

Hi i have just taken ownership of Alfie a 2 yr old african grey, he is semi tame but lunges at me if i try to touch him so i need to have guidance on how to start getting him to step up ,any advice

I have 4 budgies - 2 female & 2 male. One of the females & males have paired up and are all lovey dovey. The other male fights with the both the male and the females. Sometimes both the females fight.

Hi, we have a new 13 month old Harlequin that came to us from a man who just could not give him the time he needed. He is wonderful, but my only question has to do with him squawking at very high volumes when he is going to step up to me.

I got my lovebird from a friend just three days ago.They said they got the bird just last Christmas I don't exactly know how old he is,anyway they said he's a real nice bird he climbs on their shoulder and so on.
